Motivating yourself to work out isn't always easy even with my help! Why not increase your motivation levels with a exercise class? These sessions are more than just loud music and shouts of encouragement. Group exercise classes can not only offer great physical benefits, but also the social factor of interacting with other participants who may have similar fitness goals to yourself. This way you can not only get great support and motivation from myself the instructor but also the other particpants in the class.
Don't forget, they may be going through the same fitness journey as you so it's also a great opportunity to share advice and knowledge and how you're achieving your results, together!
Class takes place every Thursday @ Emersons Green Village Hall, Emerson Way, Emersons Green, BS16 7AP, 18:30 - 19:15, just £5.00 per person.
This friendly HIIT /circuit style class will be a 45 minute intense workout aiming to burn fat, build muscle and get you leaner and fitter than ever, it will consist of short periods of exercise followed by short periods of rest, no class will ever be the same! Any fitness level welcome.
