We need a variety of foods to provide the right amounts of nutrients for good health. With that in mind it will come to no surprise to you that nutrition also goes hand in hand with your physical training, whatever your fitness goals might be, what you eat and drink will ultimately determine whether you achieve them or not!
I firmly believe that the best way to manage what you eat is to set yourself achievable goals along the way. This is why I define a clear nutritional strategy and milestones we want to reach together with all my clients during our very first consultation.
I use these to develop a customised training programme for each of my clients, tailored toward his/her wishes, allowing you to reach their stated goals in a reasonable time frame.
